Efforts made by LE DECOLLETAGE JURASSIEN as well as the evolutions brought to its Quality-Security-Environment organization resulted in obtaining certifications ISO TS 16949 v 2009 et ISO 14001 v 2004. This system of management is based on a principle of continuous improvement integrating Quality, Security and Environnement (QSE).
The system of quality insurance, elaborate in order to guarantee a total quality, is described in the QSE Manual and defines the conditions and principles of use of the QSE procedures (FMEA, SPC, …).
Our production, equipped with a system of acquisition of computer data, enables us to put our process under SPC control.
The entire staff of the company is highly sensitive to the concept of total quality and each operator is responsible for his production by self-checking.
